Common Issues
I cannot hear playback
Check the device volume, silent mode, Bluetooth/headphone routing, and system audio output. Daily Ear Training generates sound locally using the device audio output.
My stats disappeared
Practice records are stored locally on the device. Deleting the app can remove local records.
My daily reminder does not appear
Open Settings in Daily Ear Training and confirm Daily Reminder is enabled for the intended time and days. If notifications were previously denied, use Open iOS Settings and allow notifications for the app.
I want to report a bug or request a feature
Send the app version, iOS version, device model, and a short description to the support email above.
Do not include passwords, financial information, health information, or other sensitive personal data in a support message.
